The staff at Agility Physical Therapy & Sports Performance are not only physical therapists, but also athletes with personal experience, advanced credentialing, including a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and training to address the needs of most sports or activities. Our primary goal is to prevent injuries before they happen…however “SPORT HAPPENS!” We have all been injured at some point in our career and are able to utilize our personal experiences to help our patients and clients work through their own injury as quickly and safely as possible and get them “back in the game.” Combining our personal athletic endeavors with our clinical experiences, the following is a list of sports and activities that are in our “winners circle”:
